At MOBILFOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier outlet and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
